Credit costs and purchases
The generator shows the credit cost before a task starts. If payment options are available for your account, checkout shows the available methods and total before you confirm a purchase. If your account already has credits, you can use them for eligible generation tasks.
Refund requests
Credits charged for a generation task that fails are restored automatically after the task is marked as failed. For questions about an order, account balance, or generation task, contact support with your account email and the task or order details.
